Buyacredit.com is a website set up to partially fund the feature film “Clovis Dardentor” by ‘selling’ the end credits. Everyone who donates money towards the film by buying a credit will receive an end credit in “Clovis Dardentor”. Those who buy Pixel-Ads will receive a position on the Pixel-Ad wall located on buyacredit.com only, and not on the end credits. Each credit buyer/producer agrees to allow buyacredit.com and Devlin14 Films Ltd. to use his or her credited name in the end credits of the film and in any promotion to do with the project, whether that be published articles or anything else. Those who buy Pixel-Ads give full permission for the image they use to be displayed on the Pixel-Ad wall and in any promotion to do with the project.

We will never pass customer information onto anyone else, except where we are required to do so by law. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to a third party. We do not store any card details given by individuals on buyacredit.com. We do not accept payments via the Paypal Pro Virtual Terminal, so all payment details are stored solely with Paypal and not with us, either online or on paper. Therefore everything is completely secure under Paypal’s systems.

Buyacredit.com allows individuals to make a donation and buy a credit in the name of others. The individual making the donation assumes full responsibility for the credit. Recipients of a credit not bought by themselves, can choose to remove their name from the credits any time. Trademarked entities can not be given a producer credit unless by an official representative. The same rules apply for Pixel-Ads.

Under Film Law we can not accept advertising on the end credits. Therefore website URL’s will be omitted from the credits when they are transferred onto screen. Credit Buyers accept that if they use the credits for advertising, there is no guarantee that their credit will appear on the film itself. All credits, however, whether advertising or not, will remain on the online credits.

Cancellation / Refund Policy - If you wish to cancel your purchase or get a refund, please contact benjaminrobbins@buyacredit.com within 10 days of the date of purchase. At this time, we will refund your money, cancel your purchase and remove your name from the credits or Pixel-Ad from the Pixel-Ad wall. Refunds are not available after 10 days of the date of purchase.

Those who have bought credits or Pixel-Ads and no longer wish to receive our email newsletter can opt-out of receiving these by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ hyperlink at the bottom of the newsletter.
